Enterprise, Ala. (WDNews) — One Dead After Shooting On Highway 27 North In Enterprise
Enterprise police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened Friday night.
According to the Enterprise Police Department, officers responded around 7:38 p.m. on April 17 to a report of a shooting in the 2700 block of Highway 27 North.
Officers said they quickly identified and apprehended a suspect “without incident.”
When officers arrived, they located a victim suffering from gunshot wounds in the street. The victim was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities say “this remains an active investigation and no further information will be released at this time.”
Police also confirmed “there is no ongoing threat to the public related to this shooting.”
