DOTHAN, Ala. (WDNews) — Downtown DOTHAN will transform into a festive winter scene next month as the annual North Pole Stroll returns on Saturday, Dec. 13. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Porter Park Events Plaza and along North St. Andrews Street.
Families can expect a full day of holiday fun, including photos with Santa, letter writing to the North Pole, a crafts station, local artisan vendors, and a variety of food trucks. Kids will also enjoy an activity zone featuring inflatables and a miniature train. Live performances by local talent will round out the celebration.
City officials say the event is designed to bring the community together to shop local, make memories, and enjoy holiday activities in the heart of downtown. The North Pole Stroll is presented by Brightspeed.
