Dothan, Al. (WDNews) – Wiregrass Daily News sat down with Rapha Conrad, producer and co-director of an upcoming documentary created for the fan community of Rhett and Link. The film, titled For the Kommunity, highlights the long history and personal journeys of the fan base known as Mythical Beasts.
Rhett and Link are best known as the hosts of the long-running YouTube show Good Mythical Morning, and the documentary explores how their work has inspired friendships, creativity, and connection among fans worldwide.
Rapha shared how the project began back in 2020 and developed into a multi-year effort that includes interviews with fans from around the globe, travel to key locations in Rhett and Link’s story, and reflections on how the community continues to evolve.
The film also weaves in Rapha’s background as a professional dancer and choreographer, featuring dance sequences set to Rhett and Link’s music. These artistic interludes appear between chapters of fan stories, adding a unique visual element to the documentary.
Rapha says the goal is to celebrate creativity, belonging, and the shared experiences that bring this community together.
