ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDNews) — Lulu Gribbin will share her story of strength, faith, resilience and perseverance during a special presentation Thursday, Aug. 27, at Enterprise State Community College.
According to Visit Enterprise, the event will be held at the Jimmy H. Baker Center for the Arts, located at 600 Plaza Drive in Enterprise.
A meet-and-greet with Gribbin will be held from 4:45 to 5:15 p.m., followed by her presentation from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Gribbin survived a shark attack in Walton County, Florida, in June 2024. She suffered serious injuries in the attack and later returned home to Alabama following months of treatment and rehabilitation.
Tickets for Thursday’s event are $10.
