DOTHAN, Ala. (WDNews) — Dothan United Soccer Club is entering the final stretch of the regular season and is calling on the Wiregrass community to help fill the stands at Rip Hewes Stadium as the team fights for a spot in the USL League Two Playoffs.
With only three regular-season home matches remaining, every game has taken on added importance as Dothan United continues its push toward postseason soccer.
The team’s final home matches are scheduled for tonight at 7 p.m., Friday, July 3, at 7 p.m., and Saturday, July 11, at 7 p.m. at Rip Hewes Stadium.
Club officials are encouraging fans to bring family and friends and help create a playoff-like atmosphere as the team looks to secure valuable points in the standings.
