BONIFAY, Fla. (WDNews) — A traffic stop on Highway 2 led to the arrest of a woman after a Holmes County deputy allegedly found suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office.
According to HCSO, a deputy stopped a vehicle near Shawn’s Grocery on Aug. 24. During the stop, the deputy developed probable cause to search the vehicle.
The sheriff’s office said the driver was identified as Dayna Nettles.
During a pat-down, the deputy allegedly found six plastic baggies containing suspected methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe concealed in Nettles’ bra, according to HCSO.
Authorities said a further search of Nettles’ wallet also uncovered Suboxone strips.
Nettles was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
